Innoventum Oy, as operator of the Riveillä application and related website, respects your rights to privacy, and will not collect any personal information about you on this website without your clear permission. Any personal information which you volunteer will be treated with the highest standards of security and confidentiality, strictly in accordance with the The EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

COLLECTION AND USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

Riveillä Application does not collect any personal data about you, apart from information you volunteer.

Any information which you provide in this way is not made available to any third parties and is used by luen.app only in line with the purpose for which you provided it.

COLLECTION AND USE OF TECHNICAL INFORMATION

Riveillä makes no attempt to identify individual visitors, or to associate the technical details listed above with any individual without their consent. It is the policy of the operator never to disclose such technical information in respect of individual website visitors to any third party unless obliged to disclose such information by a rule of law. The technical information will be used only for statistical and other administrative purposes. You should note that technical details, which we cannot associate with any identifiable individual, do not constitute “personal data” for the purposes of the GDPR.

COLLECTION AND USE OF USER INFORMATION

Using the Application requires you to create an account and be logged in with it; 
When you register an account, the following information is stored to it:

• - First name
• - Last name
• - Email address or Phone number - which acts as your login key
• - Age information (13 or above, or less than 13)
  - If you are under 13 years of age, you will also need to provide a Guardian mobile phone number, which will be sent an SMS message informing of the new account registration.
  - Your local municipal library - to provide links to book availability information 
• This information is saved in a secure database and is not given or sold forward to third parties.
• You can REMOVE your account by clicking on the Delete Account button on your User profile page.

• THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION IS COLLECTED BASED ON INTERACTION WITH THE APPLICATION:
  - Books marked as read
  - Book ratings given by the user
  - Score collected by these actions
  - Answers to Tasks related to the Books.
  This information is accessible by the Application Content Administrators, eg. the Library personnel validating the Tasks and providing Users with Score
